Pricing is for adult headshots. For children 12 years and under, subtract 20% from session fee.
Shooting times are approximate.

5 Looks: 2.5-3 hours of shooting + 4 retouches + gallery images on CD | $575
4 Looks: 2 hours of shooting + 3 retouches + gallery images on CD | $475
3 Looks: 1.5 hours of shooting + 2 retouches + gallery images on CD | $395
1 or 2 Looks: 1.25 hours of shooting + 1 retouch + gallery images on CD | $295

Makeup Artist Option

We’re happy to book one of our preferred makeup artists for you; please let us know at the time of booking so we can confirm her availability for your session date.

Makeup artist & light hair styling, 2 hours of coverage | $125

Portraits for Business Professionals

These rates are for Professional, Corporate, and Social Media headshots photographed at my West Hollywood studio. The mini session is great if you’re just going for one setup with 1 outfit only, whereas the regular professional session is best if you need 2 “looks” and/or clothing changes. Clients use these shots for publicity use, websites, LinkedIn, Facebook, and marketing materials. On-location sessions in your private office or other space are also available upon request — please contact us to request a quote.

Professional Session: 1 hour session + 15 gallery images + 1 retouch (no CD) | $275
Mini Session: 30 – 45 minute session + 5 color-corrected images delivered digitally + 1 retouched image (no CD) | $195
Custom Publicity Shoot for Professionals: please contact us for a consultation if you’d like to do a more editorial-style publicity shoot.

All Sessions Include:

Coverage by photographer Christina Gandolfo and her assistant Stephanie.
Consultation on hair, makeup and wardrobe before the shoot.
A password-protected online proofing gallery of the best shots, uploaded a few days after the session. This private gallery allows you to share, review, and select your images, and will remain online for 60 days.
Natural light or studio-lit photography at my private studio in West Hollywood, CA, 90069.

Policies:

* An archival CD of digital images is included with all sessions except for the professional/corporate sessions. Our CD includes printable and web-friendly versions of color-corrected images from your gallery and your retouched photo(s), so we generally deliver this after you choose your retouches. The printable size is large enough for headshot printing at any pro lab like Argentum, Reproductions, etc. The web-friendly size is perfect for casting websites (Actor’s Access, LACasting, etc.), online breakdowns, Facebook, IMDB, and/or your own website.
* If you need additional files retouched, email us the file name of the image you need and we will retouch it, starting at $25 each. Our standard conservative retouch includes skin tone correction, subtle removal of blemishes, under-eye circles, obvious ﬂyaway pieces of hair, light softening of deep lines/wrinkles if requested, and eye & teeth brightening. * The full session fee is due on the day of the shoot. We prefer cash or check as payment, although we can also accept credit cards + a 3% transaction fee.
* Pricing does not include California sales tax of 8.75%, required on all packages that include a CD. (Yes, we can waive sales tax if we deliver your photos online. Ask us about this option if you’re tech-savvy and interested in saving a few bucks!)
